In response to government COVID-19 health guidelines and caution for the well being of our members and community, all events planned through July have been canceled. The programs scheduled during this lockdown period will be rescheduled if possible.

The village will not be open to visitors until further notice. Because most of the docents who open the village to visitors are considered “VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS” in the president's plans for reopening the country for business, it is unclear when we will be allowed to resume normal operations.

All museums in Illinois have been deemed a Phase 4 industry by the State. Phase 4 began June 26, but there are still no useful guidelines for opening in Phase 4.
